Ingredents:-
1. Rava (Semolina) 250 gms
2. Ginger 1 inch piece
Onion 1 no.
Green Chillies 3 nos.
Curry leaves 1 sprig
Mustard Seeds 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tablesppon
Water 4 cups (warm)
Method:-
Microwave Rava for 2 minutes.
Heat oil. Add mustard seeds and allow them to splutter. Add finely chopped onion, ginger, green chilies, and curry leaves. Saute well. Now add 4 cups of warm water and cover the pan and allow it to boil. Add the fried rava to it and cover for a minute. Then stir constantly.
